Parkside at Benson-Brown Station

We're bringing our community together to build 18 truly affordable homes in East Jackson. Parkside at Benson-Brown Station will be an 18-unit housing development, built in partnership with Teton County and the Jackson/Teton County Housing Department. Parkside will be completed in three phases, with six units in each phase. This development includes a mix of 2- and 3-bedroom units to better address the diverse needs of local families and individuals earning between 30-80% Median Family Income (MFI). With your support, the Parkside homes will help working individuals and families achieve strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership.

Parkside Fundraising Needs

Teton Habitat is able to build truly affordable homes through our unique design and construction process. The Parkside homes were designed in partnership with Workshop Collaborative, who provide the necessary drafting to ensure Parkside is developed in line with health, safety, and environmental codes. We source a significant portion of our building materials through partnerships with Bressler Insulation, Andersen Windows, GE Johnson, BMC, Fish Creek Excavation, and JJ Corona Builders. We have a small senior construction team to guide our homeowners and volunteers during the construction process. We rely on financial donations to cover the bulk of the construction material costs.
