Selected Homeowners for Parkside at Benson-Brown Station Phase 3

Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Teton Area (Teton Habitat) is proud to announce the selection of six new and the final families to join its Parkside at Benson-Brown Station (Parkside) community. These families consist of eight adults and seven dependents, who collectively represent 137.5 years of residency in the Jackson area—an average of 17.2 years each—include individuals employed in the healthcare, tourism, nonprofit, and customer service industries, all integral to the well-being and success of our community.

The selection process, based on criteria including housing need, willingness to partner, and ability to afford a Habitat mortgage, ensures that these homes go to families committed to positively impacting the Greater Teton Area. Each family will contribute significant “sweat equity” hours toward the construction of their homes and participate in Teton Habitat’s Homeowner Education Program to set them up for success as new homeowners.

Parkside, a collaborative development project between the Town, Teton County, and Teton Habitat, showcases the power of community partnerships. Made possible through the support of local donors, businesses, and volunteers, this development addresses Jackson’s pressing need for affordable housing solutions. Teton Habitat extends gratitude to all supporters whose generosity and dedication bring stability and opportunity to local families.
