Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Teton Area (Teton Habitat) develops permanently affordable homes in Jackson, Wyoming, designed to help local families and individuals build stability and put down roots in the community.
Our developments bring together public partners, local businesses, volunteers, donors and future homeowners to create homes that are affordable not just to purchase, but to own for the long term.
Parkside at
Benson-Brown Station
18 permanently affordable homes in East Jackson, WY.
In summer 2026, Teton Habitat completed Parkside at Benson-Brown Station, an 18-home community in East Jackson created in partnership with Teton County and the Jackson/Teton County Housing Department.
Parkside brings together 2- and 3-bedroom homes for local individuals and families earning between 30% and 80% of Median Family Income (MFI).
With all 18 homes now complete, families have moved into homes they can afford and call their own.
Parkside represents what can happen when a community works together to create pathways to homeownership.
Building a Community
Parkside was designed with both homeowners and the surrounding neighborhood in mind. The development includes energy-efficient homes, integrated green space and 41 new aspen trees adjacent to Mike Yokel Park. Vehicle, bicycle and pedestrian connections help link the neighborhood to the rest of town.
The project was developed through a broad network of community partnerships. Teton Habitat worked with Teton County and the Jackson/Teton County Affordable Housing Department, as well as local architects, contractors, suppliers and other businesses throughout the planning and construction process.
Homeowners were also part of the work. Through Teton Habitat's homeownership model, families contribute sweat equity hours while completing the education and preparation needed to become successful homeowners.

Parkside features 2- and 3-bedroom homes serving households earning 30% –80% of the Median Family Income (MFI). Located in East Jackson, adjacent to Mike Yokel Park, the development includes 41 newly planted aspen trees and represents a total development cost of $6.5 million.

The completion of Parkside marks an important milestone for Teton Habitat and the families who now call the community home. It also demonstrates the impact of a model built around partnership, from land and construction to homeowner education and affordable mortgage financing.
Teton Habitat's work doesn't stop when a development is complete. As Parkside homeowners settle into their new homes, Teton Habitat continues preparing future homeowners, preserving existing affordable homes through Habitat Builds and developing opportunities to expand permanently affordable homeownership in the Greater Teton Area.
